From Chile comes the Voze, a 100% electric tricycle, already working and under the development to a possible production.
Since its inception, more than four years ago, this project to create a 100% electric tricycle, continues to evolve with increasing force. Daniel Pavez, industrial mechanic, has chosen to develop an electric tricycle named Voze in his native Chile, which would be the first electric tricycle manufactured in the country.
Their goal from the beginning has been to create a car of the future focused on design and functionality, not thinking so much in power or energy potential. After developing several prototypes, but also with funding problems, this project is still standing and now has the support of CORFO, company in the country that encourages investment, innovation and entrepreneurship.
They are also conducting a national tour with the Voze throughout the Chilean territory demonstrating the autonomy of the tricycle, their characteristics and their good behavior in day to day use.
The Voze has an electric magnetic motor that gives 100 Nm of torque and 7 kW of power, powered by a 3.8 kWh battery. It has a limited speed of 60km/h and a range of 60 kilometers. Recharging the battery takes about three hours.
