The new Chinese brand Ediauto wants to revolutionize the electric car market with its unique tricycle T300, which, according to its makers, is not a car but an EV, or electric vehicle.
The idea is to re-invent the future of mobility solutions with different and more attractive vehicles, more typical of the idea of a clean mobility ... in short, they like to offer an attractive future, new and totally different.
The two T300C and T300S models come out in 2014. It's a tricycle with one wheel at the back, providing comfort and safe riding, light weight and less rolling resistance, which gives better performance without increasing power.
The T300C is a city version, with a less powerful engine with 14 kW, allowing speeds up to 60 km/h and a range of around 100 kilometers. The T300S is a sports trike, increases its power up to 160 kW (217 CV), bringing an extrsa-ordinary driving experience with a high speed up to 160 km/h and with a range of about 250 kilometers.
The dimensions of the vehicle are 4.146 meters long with 2016 meters wide and 1,216 meters high, the wheel base is 2.8 meters. It weighs 800 kg version city and the sports version 1.000 kg. The company is currently raising awareness and seeking representation in different countries. But China will soon be a very attractive market for electric vehicles, too, due to the need to change structures and reduce the heavy air pollution in major Chinese cities.
